Lessons from the Pandemic: Analyzing the Experience of Distant Learning in Secondary Schools

<p>As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, educational institutions switched to distance learning in March 2020. The study focuses on how sudden transition affected level teachers' anxiety and professional burnout. A total 282 teachers from general education schools participated study. results showed that successfully coped with transition: burnout was similar previous studies before pandemic. significant role adaptation urgent online played by their attitudes. In particular, those who adapted change were able get used format work lowest levels compared other groups resisted experienced difficulties. An important condition for successful learning, according teachers, is detailed regulation infrastructural aspects process administration. article discusses next steps improve quality based experience.</p>
